Items Offered as New. All products, materials, supplies, replacement parts, and equipment offered and furnished must be new, of current manufacturer production, and must have been formally announced by the manufacturer as being commercially available, unless otherwise stated in this Contract.

Items Offered as New. ‌ All products, materials, supplies, replacement parts, and equipment offered and furnished must be new, of current manufacturer production, and must have been formally announced by the manufacturer as being commercially available, unless otherwise stated in this Contract. Subcontracting.‌ This Contract may not be subcontracted in whole or in part. Data Disclosure.‌ Under Minn. Stat. § 270C.65, subd. 3 and other applicable law, the Contractor consents to disclosure of its social security number, federal employer tax identification number, and Minnesota tax identification number, already provided to the State, to federal and state agencies, and state personnel involved in the payment of state obligations. These identification numbers may be used in the enforcement of federal and state laws which could result in action requiring the Contractor to file state tax returns, pay delinquent state tax liabilities, if any, or pay other state liabilities.

  • VACANCIES, TERM POSITIONS AND NEW POSITIONS 3001 Subject to section 3002 herein, the Employer agrees to post notices of vacant, term or new positions covered under this Agreement for at least seven (7) days to enable nurses presently in the employ of the Employer to apply for same. Such posting shall not preclude the Employer from advertising outside the site premises. All postings shall state minimum qualifications required, the equivalent to full-time (E.F.T.) and date of closing of the competition. Job descriptions shall be available to applicants on request. 3002 The Employer will be required to post a notice of vacancy for only five (5) days for a vacancy that is created by:

  • Role of Seniority in Promotions and Transfers The parties hereto agree that promotion shall be on the basis of qualification and seniority; in the event that applicants for a given position are similarly qualified, the position shall be awarded to the applicant with the greater seniority in the bargaining unit.

  • Supported Initial and Renewal Registration Periods a. Initial registrations of Registered Names (where available according to functional specifications and other requirements) may be made in the registry for terms of up to ten years.

  • School-Initiated Closure Should the School choose to voluntarily surrender this Contract before the end of the Contract term, it may do so in consultation with the Commission at the close of any school year and upon written notice to the Commission given at least ninety (90) days before the end of the school year.

  • Role of Seniority in Lay-Offs Both parties recognize that job security shall increase in proportion to length of service. Therefore, in the event of a lay-off, Employees shall be laid off in the reverse order of their seniority within the daycare centre, provided that the remaining jobs shall continue to be filled with qualified Employees.

  • Long Description (If Applicable Training to provide the knowledge, skills and abilities needed as a result of agency mission, policies, or procedures. . Training to acquire the knowledge, skills and abilities needed as a result of assignment to new duties and responsibilities when such training is not part of a planned, career development program (e.g., training provided to a staffing specialist who has been newly assigned to a position involving classification duties).

  • Associated Discounts The State is entitled to all associated discounts enumerated in the GSA Supply Schedule (including, but not limited to, discounts for additional sites and volume discounts), as well as any other pricing or discount terms as are expressly enumerated in this NYS Contract or GSA schedule, when calculating the NYS Net Price.

  • Actions and timeframes The parties agree the following actions and timeframes will be used:

  • Promotions Requiring Higher Qualifications Consideration for promotion shall be given to the senior applicant who does not possess the required qualifications but is presently obtaining such qualifications prior to filling the vacancy. At the discretion of the Employer, such an employee may be given a trial period to qualify within a reasonable length of time and will revert to her former position if the required qualifications are not met within such time.

  • Role of Seniority in Layoffs (a) Both parties recognize that job security shall increase in proportion to length of service. Therefore, in the event of a layoff, employees shall be laid off in the reverse order of their bargaining-unit-wide seniority, providing that the retained employees are able to perform the available work.
