Status Change Upon the termination of the Optionee’s Employment, this Option shall continue or terminate, as and to the extent provided in the Plan and this Agreement.
Changed Conditions When it is agreed that the completion of certain work or other requirements hereunder would no longer serve the purpose intended because of substantial change in the physical conditions of Sale Area or Included Timber since the date of this contract, the requirements shall be waived in writing. The estimated cost of such waived work or other requirement shall be charged to Timber Sale Account.
TERMINATION DUE TO CHANGE IN FUNDING 35 In the event funding from HCA, MCO, State, Federal, or other sources is withdrawn, reduced, or limited 36 in any way after the effective date of this Contract and prior to its normal completion, either party may 37 terminate this Contract subject to re-negotiations.
Changed Circumstances In the event that:
Notice of Changed Positions In the event that the Employer introduces significant changes to an existing job such that the job description is substantially altered, the Employer shall give written notice to the Union outlining the changes which have taken place, along with the Employer's proposal for a change in the wage rate, if any. Should the Union object to the proposed wage rate, such objection to the wage rate must be made in writing, within thirty (30) days of notification by the Employer. If no written objection is received by the Employer, then the wage rate shall be considered as agreed to. If the wage rate proposed by the Employer for the changed job is revised as a result of negotiation or arbitration, then the revised wage rate shall be effective from the date on which the changes were implemented.
NEW OR CHANGED JOBS The Company agrees to negotiate with the Union the rate of pay for any new or changed job prior to the rate being installed. However, if the parties fail to agree on the new rate, they shall install the new rate proposed by the Company and the Union shall have the right to grieve whether or not the rate is proper, based on its relationship to related or similar jobs presently in existence.
Address Change Client shall notify Sapphire Check if Client changes its name or address.
Termination for Market Change (a) In the event of delay or interruption under B8.33, exceeding 90 days, and Contract has not been modified to include replacement timber, this contract may be terminated upon election and written notice by Purchaser, if (i) a rate redetermination for market change under B3.33 shows that the appraised weighted average Indicated Advertised Rate of all Included Timber remaining immediately prior to the delay or interruption has been reduced through a market change by an amount equal to or more than the the weighted average Current Contract Rate, or (ii) the appraised value of the remaining timber is insufficient to cover the adjusted base rates as determined under B3.33.
Change in Status In the event of any substantive change in its legal status, organizational structure, or fiscal reporting responsibility, Contractor will notify HCA of the change. Contractor must provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than thirty (30) calendar days after such a change takes effect.
When Coverage May Be Changed or Cancelled a. Changes Due to a Life Event. After the initial enrollment period and outside of any open enrollment period an employee may elect to change health or dental coverage (including adding or canceling coverage) and any applicable employee contributions in the following situations (as long as allowed under the applicable provisions, regulations, and rules of the federal and state law in effect at the beginning of the plan year). The request to change coverage must be consistent with a change in status that qualifies as a life event, and does not include changing health or dental plans, which may only be done under the terms of Section E, Subd. 1, above. Any election to add coverage must be made within thirty (30) days following the event, and any election to cancel coverage must be made within sixty (60) days following the event. (An employee and a retired employee may add dependent health or dental coverage following the birth of a child or dependent grandchild, or following the adoption of a child, without regard to the thirty (30) day limit.)
