The Employer will appoint an approved Inspection Authority for the Works 4 Programme and Planning The Contractor adheres to the agreed programmes submitted by the Site Service Manager. The Contractor adheres to the Employer’s maintenance planning system. The Contractor supplies information to the Site Service Manager which allows the Site Service Manager to update the planning system. This information is submitted within the time periods and as agreed with the Site Service Manager. The software system must be compatible with the Eskom maintenance system used at each site. All defects and potential failures will be recorded. Defects are listed and corrective actions planned according to priority. Where a Permit To Work is required the work will be planned in conjunction with the relevant Production Manager.
INSPECTION AUTHORITY. It is the intent of the Parties that the Commission shall assign to Gunnison County certain Commission inspection and monitoring functions, pursuant to Colorado Revised Statute §34-60- 106(15), so that Gunnison County can provide Commission inspection and monitoring services during both development and operational phases of various projects within Gunnison County. INSPECTION AUTHORITY a. FRANCHISEE shall at all times maintain accurate and complete accounts of all revenues and income arising out of its operations under the franchise granted pursuant to City Ordinance; all commercial debris collected, transported and/or disposed of; the source of such commercial debris; and the final destination of such commercial debris. FRANCHISEE’S books, accounts and records reasonably necessary for the enforcement of City Ordinance and the franchise agreement shall be made available for inspection, examination and audit during normal business hours by authorized officers, employees and agents of the City. The City shall give FRANCHISEE written notice at least three (3) business days prior to any inspection, audit or examination of these records.
