Incumbent LEC Requirement. 3.2.2.1 The Parties acknowledge that the services provided by Telephone Company under this Agreement are provided pursuant to the Telephone Company’s obligations falling under 47 U.S.C. § 251(b) and that terms and conditions specified in this Agreement do not apply to the provision of services or facilities by the Telephone Company in those areas where the Telephone Company is not the Incumbent LEC.

  • Notification Regarding Letting/Transfer If the Allottee lets out or transfers the said Apartment, the Allottee shall immediately notify the Promoter/Association (upon formation) of the tenant’s/transferee's address and telephone number.

  • Condition Precedent: Requirement for Parent Company Guarantee It shall be a condition of this Framework Agreement that, if required by the Authority, the Contractor shall deliver a validly executed parent company guarantee in the form set out in Schedule 6 to this Framework Agreement. The rights and obligations of the Parties shall have no force or effect unless the parent company guarantee has been properly executed and delivered to the Authority.   • CERTIFICATION REGARDING DEBARMENT, SUSPENSION, INELIGIBILITY AND VOLUNTARY EXCLUSION This provision is applicable to all Federal-aid construction contracts, design-build contracts, subcontracts, lower-tier subcontracts, purchase orders, lease agreements, consultant contracts or any other covered transaction requiring FHWA approval or that is estimated to cost $25,000 or more – as defined in 2 CFR Parts 180 and 1200.

  • DEBARMENT, SUSPENSION, INELIGIBILITY AND VOLUNTARY EXCLUSION By executing this contract the firm affirms that it is in compliance with the requirements of 2 C.F.R.
