In-School. Suspension refers to an in-school disciplinary consequence for violations of the Student Code of Conduct that removes a student from the regular classroom and places the student in a different in-school setting during the course of the regular school day (including placement in a Behavioral Intervention Center (“BIC”)).

In-School. Principal and interest payments on a Xxxx may be deferred by the borrower during the period that the student is enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an ITT Technical Institute and is taking at least four (4) credit hours. Upon graduation, the student may defer payment of the Xxxx principal and interest for an additional six (6) months (“grace period”). If the student enrolls in another program at an ITT Technical Institute and begins taking courses before or after the end of such six (6) months, the deferral will continue or begin again, as applicable, until such time as repayment is to begin under the terms of these loan criteria. Students whose enrollment terminates prior to graduation, or who are taking less than four (4) credit hours, will have a three (3) month grace period before principal and interest payments begin. In-School. WORKDAY Professional Staff Members' workday is not coterminous with the students' day. Subject to paragraph 2 below, professional staff members' usual in-school workday shall be seven (7) hours, which will begin no earlier than 7:30 a.m. and shall end no later than 3:30 p.m., provided that the professional staff member has completed all necessary planning and preparation for the following day. The Board and the administration shall determine the student day within these parameters. Each Professional Staff Member shall devote to his/her assignment the time necessary within and beyond the professional staff in-school workday to meet his/her professional responsibilities as has been traditional practice in the profession.
In-School. Workday A licensed staff person’s total in-school workday shall consist of seven and one-half (7-1/2) hours, exclusive of the duty-free lunch period, and such additional time as necessary to meet professional responsibilities e.g., meeting with parents, other agency personnel, open house, back to school night, etc. Licensed staff who are required to conduct Parent/Licensed Staff Conferences outside the 7-1/2 hour day shall be given compensatory time off. The licensed staff person’s in-school workdays include responsibilities for a variety of non-instructional/classroom responsibilities e.g., supervision of bus loading and unloading, playground supervision, hall duty, inventorying books and materials, etc. The District will provide master schedules indicating transition time.
