Higher Limits. If the contractor maintains higher limits than the minimums shown above, the City requires and shall be entitled to coverage for the higher limits maintained by the Contractor. Any available insurance proceeds in excess of the specified minimum limits of insurance and coverage shall be available to the City.

Higher Limits. Certain customers may be eligible for higher limits on certain transactions, solely at our discretion. Note that if you have not requested a Card, only some of these limits may be applicable. In addition, your Wealthfront Cash Account may be subject to different limits. Please refer to your agreement with Wealthfront for more information on those terms.
Higher Limits. We reserve the right to allow you to transact higher volume than the limits defined herein at any time without prior notice. If we do allow you to exceed the limits above at any time, that does not obligate us to do so at any other time. If we allow you to exceed the limits above and a transaction (or series of transactions) exceeds your amount of available funds, you will nonetheless be responsible for the full amount of the transaction(s) plus any applicable fees.
