Guaranteed Compensation. ICAA, as payment and consideration for the services to be performed by Coach, and contingent upon Coach’s satisfactory annual performance evaluation, agrees to pay Coach, or cause Coach to be paid, annual guaranteed compensation as set forth in Appendix B (“Guaranteed Compensation”). ICAA shall pay Coach in accordance with all customary payroll procedures. Guaranteed Compensation is subject to the same furlough and temporary salary reduction measures that may be imposed from time-to- time Coach’s employer on its exempt employees.
Guaranteed Compensation. The aggregate gross compensation paid to Executive, including but not limited to Base Salary, Discretionary Bonus and grant date value of any equity or similar grants (but excluding the Sign-On Restricted Stock Unit Grant and the payments provided for in Section 3(e) below), shall not be less than $2,700,000 during each twelve month period of the Term ending on July 31st of each year (the “Guarantee”), provided Executive has not resigned in breach of this Agreement or been terminated for Cause on each applicable July 31st.
Guaranteed Compensation. During the Term of this Agreement and from the month of commencement following the Commercial Operations Date, for each month, (i) RML-India shall submit invoices to DDPI for the fixed man hours at the India VFX Facility, and (ii) RML-UK shall submit invoices to DDPI for the fixed man hours at the London VFX Facility, each on a monthly basis, for the previous one-month period. Such invoices shall be in an amount calculated as follows: With respect to RML-India, the product of: (x) 0.80 multiplied by the number of production employees
Guaranteed Compensation. If a bargaining unit employee is canceled for a construction/overtime detail with less than twelve hours notice, the employee shall be paid the four (4) hour minimum, provided the person or entity ordering the detail can be billed by the State for the four (4) hours.
Guaranteed Compensation. The Superintendent will receive annual base compensation on the basis of a twelve (12) month contract consistent with the duties and responsibilities of the Superintendent and qualifications for office. Effective July 1, 2023, the Board shall pay the Superintendent an annual base salary of $275,631 for fiscal year 2024, and an annual base salary of $289,415 for fiscal year 2025 - each year’s salary payable in 12 equal annual installments with applicable federal and state witholdings made from the gross amount of each installment. Board and Superintendent may mutually agree to adjust the salary of the Superintendent during the term of this Agreement, but in no event shall she be paid less than the initial salary above. Any adjustment in salary made during the term of this Agreement shall be in the form of an amendment and become part of the agreement, but it shall not be deemed that the Board and Superintendent have entered into a new contract nor that the termination date of the existing contract has been extended.
Guaranteed Compensation. On the condition that Artist renders and fully completes all of Artist’s exclusive services hereunder, and in full consideration of all services rendered by Artist, all rights now and hereafter granted to, or otherwise acquired by, Producer, and all of the representations, warranties, and agreements of Artist hereunder, Artist shall be entitled to receive the minimum weekly salary specified by Article 13.B.7.s of the WGA Basic Agreement (“MBA”) for each week of the Term, with a guarantee of not less than twenty (20) such weeks of employment (i.e., not less than Seventy-Five Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Dollars [$75,920]), (the “Guaranteed Compensation”). Artist’s Guaranteed Compensation shall accrue, and shall be paid, to Artist in accordance with Producer’s standard weekly payment schedule.
Guaranteed Compensation. Guaranteed Compensation shall consist of an Annual Base Salary, as set forth in Paragraph 4.1.1; compensation for Radio and Television Appearances, as set forth in Paragraph 4.1.2; compensation for Personal Appearances on behalf of the University, as set forth in Paragraph 4.1.3; compensation for Fund Raising Activities, as set forth in Paragraph 4.1.4; and compensation for Service, Equipment, and Apparel Endorsements, as set forth in Paragraph 4.1.5.
Guaranteed Compensation. The Coach shall be entitled to continue to receive the Guaranteed Compensation set forth in Paragraph 4.1, above, (comprising Annual Base Salary, Radio and Television Appearance compensation, Personal Appearance compensation, Fund Raising Activities compensation, and Service, Equipment and Apparel Endorsement compensation) for the remaining portion of the term of this 2011 Agreement or any extension thereof, as if he were still employed; and,
Guaranteed Compensation. The sum of $175,000 which sum shall be reducible on a dollar-for-dollar basis by all fees payable to any and all third party line producer(s) and UPM(s) to a cap in reduction of $75,000. Said compensation shall be payable 1/6 upon commencement of preproduction, 1/3 upon commencement of principal photography, 1/3 upon completion of principal photography and 1/6 upon delivery of the answer print of the Picture to the exhibitor.
Guaranteed Compensation. The sum of $25,000 payable 1/6 upon commencement of preproduction, 1/3 upon commencement of principal photography, 1/3 upon completion of principal photography and 1/6 upon delivery of the answer print of the Picture to the exhibitor. The aforementioned sum shall be increased by any savings to Producer as it relates to the Line Producer/UPM fees. (Producer has agreed to pay a Line Producer/UPM fees of up to $75,000.)
