Senior Consultant A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in duties associated with MCS is required for Senior Consultant positions. Consultant Consultant agrees to indemnify, defend, and shall hold harmless Client, its directors, employees and agents, and defend any action brought against same with respect to any claim, demand, cause of action, debt or liability, including reasonable attorneys' fees, to the extent that such an action arises out of the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Consultant.
Consulting Contract – Follow-On Work No person, firm, subsidiary or subcontractor of a firm that has been awarded a consulting services contract or a contract which includes a consulting component may be awarded a Contract for the performance of services, the purchase of goods or supplies, or the provision of any other related action which arises from or can reasonably be deemed an end-product of work performed under the initial consulting to consulting-related Contract.
