Future Years. Recipient acknowledges that future years’ PARC Tax revenues will be awarded based on merit and availability of funds. Receipt of PARC Tax Funds for FY 20 /20 does not guarantee PARC Tax funding for Recipient in future years.

Future Years. The City and the Library will annually review and adjust the City’s funding to the Library, taking into consideration the net market value of the portion of the City’s Building leased to the Library (i.e., rent), the costs required to provide an agreed level of service (as described by the Library during each budget cycle review), and accounting for any fluctuation in anticipating operating costs.
