Forty Years. Upon reaching the employment anniversary of forty (40) years of continuous service, employees shall have earned an additional 108 [112.5 effective September 1, 2013] work hours vacation with pay. This provision applies when the qualifying date occurs before July 1st in each year.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling on Scheduled Days Off 1. When a holiday falls on a full-time employee's regularly scheduled day off, the employee shall receive eight (8) hours of compensatory time.
