F3 Change Control Procedure. F3.1 Any request to change or add to this Contract or any other document attached to or referred to in this Contract, other than a change or addition or deletion of the Services as set out in Schedule 2 shall be dealt with in accordance with the change control procedure in this Condition F3.

F3 Change Control Procedure. Without prejudice to any other provision contained in the Contract:- COUNCIL CHANGE‌ F3.1 The Council has the right to propose a Change in the Services in accordance with this Clause F3.1.   • Change Control Procedure A. At any time during the term of this Agreement, either Party may propose a change or changes to any part or parts of this Agreement.

  • AMENDMENT AND CHANGE CONTROL 35.1 Any amendment or change of any nature made to this Agreement and the Schedule of Requirements thereof shall only be valid if it is in writing, signed by both Parties and added to this Agreement as an addendum hereto. In this regard a Change Notice must first be defined and issued by the requesting Party. A Change Notice Response must then be issued by responding Party.   • Classification Appeal Procedure An employee shall have the right to appeal, through the Union, the classification of the position the employee occupies, or where a point rating plan has been used, the right to appeal the position's level. Classification matters are not grievable under Article 8 of this Agreement. Instead, the following procedures shall be followed.

  • Reporting Procedure The Company and the Union agree that any allegation of harassment should be dealt with in an expeditious manner, and they will encourage their respective representatives to do all they can to ensure that delays in dealing with such allegations are minimized. The process must be fair, consistent, and expeditious. This procedure is not intended to preclude any other existing recourse that may be available to an employee (e.g. redress through the collective agreement, a Human Rights complaint, criminal charges, or civil litigation).

  • Change in Guidelines Prior to Sentencing The defendant agrees that if any applicable provision of the Guidelines changes after the execution of this plea agreement, then any request by defendant to be sentenced pursuant to the new Guidelines will make this plea agreement voidable by the United States at its option. If the Government exercises its option to void the plea agreement, the United States may charge, reinstate, or otherwise pursue any and all criminal charges that could have been brought but for this plea agreement.

  • Change Order Procedure The Agency may at any time request a modification to the Scope of Work using a change order. The following procedures for a change order shall be followed:

  • Reporting Schedule Consultant shall report regularly, and not less frequent than once per week, to the Company his actions on behalf of the Company.

  • Implementation Report Within 150 days after the Effective Date, Extendicare shall submit a written report to OIG summarizing the status of its implementation of the requirements of this CIA (Implementation Report). The Implementation Report shall, at a minimum, include:

  • Implementation Schedule TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE with regard to all dates and time periods set forth and/or incorporated herein. Any material modification or deviation from an approved schedule described in this Agreement shall occur only upon approval of the City and RDA, with any such approvals required to be in writing as an amendment to this Agreement, and which approvals shall not be unreasonably withheld. City shall cooperate and act promptly with respect to any and all permits or approvals necessary for completion of the Project. Notwithstanding the above, this Agreement shall not limit the discretion of the City, or any of its duly appointed and authorized governing bodies, boards or entities, in approving or rejecting any aspect of the Project or improvements contemplated on or about the Property.
