We may contact you by any method, including voice call, calls using any automated dialer technology, artificial and/or pre-recorded voice call, texts, and other methods, even if you may incur charges from your phone provider when we do. We may contact you about any account or service you have with Eastern Bank (such as with a fraud alert for a debit card or a payment due notice for a loan or other credit account). You represent that you have the right to grant consent to use your contact information as stated in this paragraph. You may revoke your consent to be called by the Bank and its service providers by contacting us in any of the ways listed in Part VI of this Agreement. However, certain services can be offered only if we can call you. We may close your account or terminate individual services if we do not have a current number at which we are authorized to call you.

For purposes of this Agreement, “Related Party” means our parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents and any third party that pursues a Claim with you or on your behalf. During discussions, each party will honor the other’s reasonable requests for information relating to the Claim. If a Claim has not been settled by such discussions within thirty (30) days and is within the jurisdiction of the small claims court, either party may seek relief in small claims court.

III Truth in Savings Disclosures Interest Rates and Annual Percentage Yields (APYs) The interest rates (at which interest is paid on the principal balance) and the annual percentage yields (at which an account would earn interest over its term or, if no fixed term is applicable to the account, over a one-year (1-year) period if the stated interest rate remained in effect and all interest paid on the account was left in the account) are shown on a separate document that we provide to you at account opening. Current rates are also always available online at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or at any of our branch locations. Interest rates and annual percentage yields may change at any time at the discretion of the Bank, except the rates for Fixed Rate certificates of deposit, which are fixed for the term of the deposit on the date of deposit. There are no limitations on the amount by which the Bank may change the rate on any account. When Interest Begins to Accrue Generally, we begin to accrue interest on all noncash deposits (such as checks) on the day we receive credit for the deposit.   • Cable Television, Telephone & Internet Services Long Distance calling may be done only through the use of a prepaid phone card or by charges made to a third party number if using a provided, in room telephone. Neither the Institution nor the Manager guarantees the availability of telephone service or cable television services. If the Resident wants additional cable television, telephone or internet service above and beyond any that may be provided as “standard” in the Residence, the Resident must submit full details to and request and obtain the prior written approval of the Manager and Institution. With respect to Internet Services, the Institution may at its discretion only allow either the standard provided service or the approved alternate service and not both at the same time (Residents will need to complete the Institution’s standard forms issued by their IT department). Cutting of wiring, boring of holes, the use of wireless routers, routers, or switches are not permitted. Any unauthorized services or equipment may be removed by the Manager, at the Resident’s expense, without notice or liability. All Residents are subject to the Institution’s and/or Service Provider’s current Internet, cable television and telephone enrolment and usage policies.

  • Public Posting of Approved Users’ Research Use Statement The PI agrees that information about themselves and the approved research use will be posted publicly on the dbGaP website.   • Notice of Network Changes If a Party makes a change in the information necessary for the transmission and routing of services using that Party’s facilities or network, or any other change in its facilities or network that will materially affect the interoperability of its facilities or network with the other Party’s facilities or network, the Party making the change shall publish notice of the change at least ninety (90) days in advance of such change, and shall use reasonable efforts, as commercially practicable, to publish such notice at least one hundred eighty (180) days in advance of the change; provided, however, that if an earlier publication of notice of a change is required by Applicable Law (including, but not limited to, 47 CFR 51.325 through 51. 335) notice shall be given at the time required by Applicable Law.
