Export and Import Regulations. Company acknowledges that the Application contains cryptographic features and is subject to United States, Canada, and local country laws governing import, export, distribution and use. Company is responsible for compliance by Company with United States, Canada, and local country laws and regulations and will not export or transmit the Application (i) in violation of any export control laws of the United States, Canada or any other country, or (ii) in respect of SAFE-T Services provided by Elavon, Inc., to anyone on the United States Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department’s Table of Deny Orders.

Export and Import Regulations. Licensee acknowledges that the Software contains cryptographic features and is subject to United States and local country laws governing import, export, distribution and use. The Licensee is responsible for compliance by the Licensee and the end users with United States and local country laws and regulations and shall not export, use or transmit the Software (i) in violation of any export control laws of the United States or any other country, or (ii) to anyone on the United States Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department’s Table of Deny Orders.
Export and Import Regulations. The Parties shall comply with the import and export regulations of the countries affected by distribution and use of the Matrix42 Software, in particular the U.S., and shall offer mutual support with procuring documentation such as the necessary end user certificates, etc., free of charge.

Buyer may be required to obtain information concerning citizenship or export status of Buyer’s personnel prior to delivery of the material, technology or software. Information submitted to Spirit AeroSystems by Buyer will be certified by an authorized representative of Supplier as being true and correct. Buyer will not knowingly export or re-export any of the material, directly or indirectly, to any destinations controlled by the U.S. Export Control Laws. Buyer will comply with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations in the event of transfer of equipment, technology, technical data or software to a foreign purchaser or location, including obtaining any required export license.

Licensee acknowledges that it is not a citizen, national, or resident of, and is not under control of the governments of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan or Syria and is not otherwise a restricted end-user as defined by applicable export control laws. Further, Licensee acknowledges that it will not download or otherwise export or re-export Software or any related technical data directly or indirectly to the above-mentioned countries or to citizens, nationals, or residents of those countries, or to any other restricted end user or for any restricted end-use.

  • Export Control This Agreement is made subject to any restrictions concerning the export of products or technical information from the United States or other countries that may be imposed on the Parties from time to time.
