Enforcement of Regulations. The reasonable and proper costs and expenses incurred by the Landlord in enforcing the rules and regulations from time to time made pursuant to Clause 4.24 provided that the Landlord shall use all reasonable endeavours to recover such costs and expenses from the defaulting party and provided further that there shall be credited against the Service Cost any such costs recovered.

Show Management has sole control over all admission policies Show Management has full power to interpret and enforce all of the Rules and the power to make amendments and/or further rules or regulations, orally or in writing, that are considered necessary for the proper conduct of the Show. Such decisions shall be binding on Exhibitor. Failure to comply with these or any other rules or regulations may be sufficient cause for Show Management to require the immediate removal of the exhibit and/or offending Exhibitor at the expense of Exhibitor. In addition, Exhibitor agrees to be bound by the terms of Show Management’s agreement with the Exhibit Hall in which the Show is held. Failure to comply with all applicable rules may also result in the forfeiture of all fees paid. Show Management may lease any space so forfeited to another exhibitor and retain all revenues collected without any liability to Exhibitor.

Defendants shall take administrative action necessary to assure that the regulations entitled "Rights of Recipients of Mental Health Services" and "Rights of Recipients of Services who are Children in Need of Treatment", as may be amended, are applied to all facilities providing in-patient psychiatric services and to all agencies or facilities providing in-patient, residential or outpatient mental health services which are licensed, funded or contracted by either the Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation or the Department of Human Services. 283. Staff from the Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation's Office of Quality Assurance and Licensing shall participate in DHS licensing surveys of the aforementioned facilities for the purpose of monitoring compliance with the "Rights of Recipients of Mental Health Services," the "Rights of Recipients of Services who are Children in Need of Treatment," and the standards of this Agreement. The Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation shall prepare reports of its findings. Said reports shall not contain client names or other client-identifying information. These reports shall be submitted to the Commissioner of the Department of Human Services, the Commissioner of the Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation, the Office of Advocacy, the master and counsel for the plaintiffs, and the agency for the protection and advocacy for mentally ill individuals designated pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 10801 et seq.

Enforcement of Regulations. The Employer shall pay all legal costs arising out of any charges laid by reason of an employee enforcing Liquor Control and Licensing Branch Regulations as defined within the Act. The employee when enforcing these rules and regulations will do so in a reasonable manner.

Enforcement of Regulations. (a) A person who violates a rule adopted under Sections 2301.036 and 2301.065 commits an offense. An offense under this subsection is a Class C misdemeanor.
