Employee Performance Standards. The Annual Business Plan shall set forth the employee performance standards required in the parties' opinion to promote the achievement of the income targets for the Roundup L&G Business in each given Program Year. The Annual Business Plan shall also specify the impact which the failure to meet such performance standards may have on the incentive schemes and bonus plans of the individual members of the Global Support Team and those employees who are part of the Business Units in charge of the Roundup L&G Business.

Employee Performance Standards. A. Employees will have the right to review the contents of their personnel file, which shall be in one central location. No material derogatory to an employee’s conduct, service, charac- ter, or personality will be placed in his/her personnel file unless the employee has had an opportunity to review the material by affixing her/his signature to the copy to be filed with the express understanding that such signature in no way indicates agreement with the contents thereof. The employee will also have the right to submit a written answer to such material and his/her answer shall be reviewed by the Superintendent and attached to the file copy. Medical records maintained by the District, which are also personnel files, shall be kept in separate, confidential files in one central location.

  • Performance Standards The Contractor agrees to perform all tasks and provide deliverables as set forth in the Contract. The Department and the Customer will be entitled at all times, upon request, to be advised as to the status of work being done by the Contractor and of the details thereof.

  • Performance Standard Contractor shall perform all work hereunder in a manner consistent with the level of competency and standard of care normally observed by a person practicing in Contractor's profession. County has relied upon the professional ability and training of Contractor as a material inducement to enter into this Agreement.   • KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS 10.1 The Supplier shall at all times during the Framework Period comply with the Key Performance Indicators and achieve the KPI Targets set out in Part B of Framework Schedule 2 (Goods and/or Services and Key Performance Indicators).
