Education and Information. 6.1 Parties shall, where necessary, arrange for training programmes to ensure that personnel responsible for the implementation of this Action Plan have an adequate knowledge to implement it effectively.

Education and Information. A. All employees shall be informed and given a copy of the City’s drug and alcohol testing policy. All newly hired employees will be provided with this information. Prior to any testing, the employee will be required to sign the attached consent and release form. Employees who voluntarily come forward and ask for assistance to deal with a drug or alcohol problem shall not be disciplined by the City, unless such action is motivated by an ordered drug/alcohol test, or there is other misconduct.

SPECIALTY PHARMACY shall use its Commercially Reasonable Efforts to fund and support ongoing information and education related to its access and dispensing of Product, consistent with SPECIALTY PHARMACY’s normal funding and support for its overall activities, and subject to SPECIALTY PHARMACY’s internal policies regarding such activities. Contractor shall assist the State with the development of in-service training sessions for the DVHA Reimbursement Unit to support the State’s ongoing maintenance of reimbursement methodologies that have been put in place.
