Duty to Obtain the Local Share. The Recipient agrees to complete all proceedings necessary to provide the local share of the Project costs at or before the time the local share is needed for Project costs, except to the extent that FTA determines otherwise in writing. The Recipient agrees to notify the Government of any change in circumstances or commitments that adversely affect its commitment to finance the project costs necessary to complete the Project. In its notification, the Recipient agrees to advise the Government of what actions it has taken or plans to take to ensure adequate local share resources and shall reaffirm its commitment to the Government as set forth in Subsection 5.a of this Master Agreement.
