DAMAGE DEPOSIT. Upon the due execution of this Agreement, Tenant shall deposit with Landlord the sum of DOLLARS ($ ) receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by Landlord, as security for any damage caused to the Premises during the term hereof. Such deposit shall be returned to Tenant, without interest, and less any set off for damages to the Premises upon the termination of this Agreement.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT. The minimum amount of the damage deposit is $500 and may be increased at management's discretion. The home will be inspected within 24 hours of departure. The damage deposit is taken at time of key pick up from our central reservations front desk in Whistler. This will be a credit pre-auth hold on your card, then the hold is released upon 10 days of your departure.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT. The College will refund the remaining balance of the Damage Deposit at the point that the student has no outstanding contracts for on- campus housing. The College will also refund the Damage Deposit to a student who is registered to attend the College but then withdraws without attending. Residence Life Activity Fee. The College does not refund the Residence Life Activity Fee. Housing Fee. The College will refund the Housing Fee in only two circumstances: if the College is unable to provide housing to the student, or the student does not attend or withdraws from the College by the deadline set by the College for Housing Fee refunds. Students who are evicted from College housing are not entitled to any refund of Housing Fees. Students who graduate in December or at any time prior to the end of the contract period do not receive a refund and must pay the Housing Fee and Residence Life Activity Fee for the Spring semester. To obtain a refund of the Housing Deposit or Housing Fee when the College is unable to provide housing, the student must notify the Residence Life Office in writing that he or she wishes to be removed from the waiting list. When a student does not attend the College or withdraws from the College, the amount of the refund, if any, depends on when the College is notified in writing that the student is withdrawing or not attending the College. If the notice is received after the deadline for Housing Fee refunds, the College will not make any refund of the Housing Fee. If the notice is received prior to the deadline, the amount of the refund will depend upon when the student notifies the College. Students having assigned status who choose not to live in the assigned housing unit remain bound by this Contract and must fulfill its terms. This includes payment of the Housing Fee for both semesters.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT. A damage deposit will be taken at the start of the tenancy. This is normally the equivalent of one month’s rent, but may be increased where pets are permitted or there are valuable contents. This is held by The Deposit Protection Service, in Directions accordance with legal requirements. Payment must be made by BACS. Credit/Debit Cards are not accepted. Insurance The landlord will be responsible for keeping insured the premises and the landlord’s fixtures/fittings. Tenants are obliged to take out Tenants’ Contents Insurance (we recommend this includes accidental damage to the property or landlord’s contents).

DAMAGE DEPOSIT. The Guest must provide a damage deposit of $500.00. The Guest authorizes realTopia to use the deposit to cover damages not associated with normal wear and tear. The Guest also authorizes realTopia to apply the damage deposit to unpaid charges and fees at the time of check-out. If a credit card is used for payment, the Guest authorizes realTopia to use the credit card for these damage deposit charges. DAMAGE DEPOSIT. A damage deposit shall be collected from The Renting Party thirty (30) days before the date of the event. The Rental Manager or VIA representative will inspect the clubhouse within 24 hours both before and after the event to determine if damages have occurred. Damages of any kind to the kitchen, restrooms, tables, chairs, or any property or assets of the VIA in or around the clubhouse will be deducted from the Damage Deposit. The cause, nature and amount of said damages shall be solely determined by the VIA. To the extent that such damages are less than the Damage Deposit, the Balance shall be returned to The Renting Party. Should the cost of damages exceed the Damage Deposit, The Renting Party shall be liable for such excess, and if not paid within thirty (30) days, shall pay any and all costs, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney fees, filing fees and court costs incurred by the VIA to collect said damages.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT. Lessee acknowledges responsibility for any and all damage to the subject watercraft occurring during the rental period and any period thereafter until said watercraft is returned to lessor. In addition to the rent required for the rental period Xxxxxx agrees to pay to Lessor at the time of the execution of the Watercraft Rental Agreement, a Deposit of $300.00. The Deposit shall be held by Lessor until the return of the watercraft at the conclusion of the rental period set forth above. From the Deposit the Lessor shall withhold and retain any sums which may due Lessor from Lessee on account of any and all damage to the watercraft of any type or nature occurring during the rental period. Additionally, a Credit Card Deposit of $1500.00 will be applied on at the start of the rental period to cover any costs of cleanup including watercraft wash down and the removal of trash or garbage from the watercraft at the conclusion of the rental period. The determination of the amount, if any, of the Deposit to be withheld by Lessor shall be in the sole discretion of the Lessor. Any sums not utilized as contemplated herein or subject to the penalty rental amount or subject to the refill provisions of the "Fuel" provision below shall be returned to the Lessee after the conclusion of the rental period. -To the extent there are insufficient funds in the Damage Deposit to satisfy Xxxxxx 's obligations under this agreement Xxxxxx agrees to immediately, upon demand, provide _ to Lessor such ·additional funds as are required to satisfy Xxxxxx 's responsibilities hereunder. FUEL Xxxxxx agrees to be solely responsible for any fuel and oil utilized during Xxxxxx's operation of the boat. Xxxxxx also agrees to only use Non-Ethanol 87 Octane fuel in any refueling. Lessee by the execution of this Rental Agreement acknowledges that said watercraft is full of fuel and Xxxxxx further agrees to be responsible for the cost of refilling the full tank of the watercraft during the rental period and after the completion of the lease term. DAMAGE DEPOSIT. The minimum amount of the damage deposit is $1,000 and may be increased at management's discretion. The home will be inspected within 48 hours of departure. All or any portion of the damage deposit may be used, as reasonably necessary, to repair damage, excluding ordinary wear and tear, caused by Tenant or by a guest or other invitee of Tenant; clean the premises, if necessary, beyond PDVP's standard cleaning services including excessive linen and towel usage for the duration of the rental and the number of occupants; and replace or return personal property or appurtenances missing or damaged by Tenant or by a guest or other invitee of Tenant. PDVP shall supply an itemized statement and supporting documentation for any charges made against Tenant's damage deposit. Any damage exceeding the value of the damage deposit shall result in legal action if not reimbursed within seven (7) business days by Tenant upon request.
