Copy Machines. The right to use copy machines at times which do not interfere with conducting the business of school, provided the Association shall pay for paper that is used.
Copy Machines. The County agrees that the Association may use County copy machines provided the following conditions are met:
Copy Machines. The Board of Education has the responsibility for the operation and equipping of school facilities. The Board of Education will make a diligent effort within the financial ability of the School District to maintain a reasonable number of copy machines in appropriate locations in each of the school buildings. Teacher input and suggestions are encouraged and may be made in writing to the building administrator.
Copy Machines. A minimum of two copying machines shall be maintained in each student attendance center with one additional machine each at the Junior High and the High School libraries. Therefore, the availability of copying/duplicating/scanning shall be as follows:
Copy Machines. SESPA may make reasonable use of DISTRICT copy machines located in the District Office at appropriate times. Paper is to be provided by SESPA.
Copy Machines a) The Technology Application in Education Committee (TEAC) will set targets for and review copy usage as well as analyze usage to try to determine some causes of equipment breakdowns. TEAC shall determine copier location, access and material availability. While one copy machine shall be designated to teacher use, teachers shall have reasonable access to a copy machine during the times provided in Section 11.09. All staff will receive training on the basics of copy machine use. At each building one or more staff members will be identified and trained to resolve copy machine problems.
Copy Machines. Each copy machine will require one (1) isolated ground 20 Amp duplex receptacle (orange) supplied by a dedicated 20 Amp circuit isolated ground circuit. No more than one isolated ground 20 Amp duplex receptacles (orange) designated for a copy machine is to be supplied by a dedicated 20 Amp isolated ground circuit.
Copy Machines. Copy machines will be made available to union officials, with management approval. There will be no use of copiers for internal union business. The Union will supply the paper for any copies made.
Copy Machines. The Union Delegate and/or Building Representative may reasonably utilize copy machines and printers as necessary to help administer this contract (i.e., preparing for grievance meetings) and comply with the Employer’s copy machine policy.
Copy Machines. The Board, through its administrators, will make available to the bargaining unit the use of copy machines under the supervision of qualified personnel. All members of the bargaining unit are to receive the approval of his/her principal or the principals’ designee prior to running off any materials on the copy machine.
