All complaints are to be directed to the XXXX, Xxxxxxxx, XXX, Xxxxxxxxxx, X.X. 00000-0000. However, complaints of Fair Housing violations may be sent directly to the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Xxxxxxxxxx, X.X. 00000.
