As depicted on the one-line diagram in Attachment 3, the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities consist of the following constructed or installed between the POI and PCO, as well as metering and telecommunications located at the Xxxxxx Road Collector Substation.
CONNECTING TRANSMISSION OWNER’S INTERCONNECTION FACILITIES. As depicted in Figure 1 in Attachment 3, the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities (“CTOIFs”) will consist of the following constructed or installed between the POI and PCO, as well as the revenue metering and RTU located at the North Country Solar Collector Station.

Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities As depicted in Attachment 3, the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities consist of the following: The Xxxxxxxxx-South Dow Line #859 tap, including a 34.5 kV load break switch; The tap at the GSU Transformer Station; Two (2) high-accuracy-extended-range Xxxxxxx CXM 200 Current Transformers (“CTs”) and two (2) Xxxxxxx POF 200 Potential Transformers (“PTs”);
CONNECTING TRANSMISSION OWNER’S INTERCONNECTION FACILITIES. As depicted on the one line-diagram in Attachment 3, Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities (“CTOIF”) consist of the following: • One (1) 38 kV, 1200 A, vacuum circuit breaker, with one of the two sets of line side bushing currents transformers being New York Public Service Commission (“NYPSC”) approved and of revenue grade for revenue metering; • Two (2) 38 kV, three phase, group operated, disconnect switches with supervisory control (SEL-2411);
CONNECTING TRANSMISSION OWNER’S INTERCONNECTION FACILITIES. Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities consist of a Remote Terminal Unit (“RTU”) to be installed and all facilities and all equipment, including metering, owned, controlled or operated by the Connecting Transmission Owner from the POCO to the Point of Interconnection, including any modifications, additions or upgrades to such facilities and equipment. Connecting Transmission Owner’s interconnection facilities are sole use facilities and shall not include other Upgrades.
CONNECTING TRANSMISSION OWNER’S INTERCONNECTION FACILITIES. As depicted on the one-line diagram in Attachment 3, the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities (“CTOIF”) consist of the following: • one (1) 69 kV circuit breaker; • two (2) 69 kV motor operated disconnect switches; • revenue metering including revenue grade instrument transformers; • the following CTOIF protection will be required: o two (2) 69 kV line microprocessor relay packages for protection of the 69 kV feeder from the Xxxxxx County Energy 1 Collector Station to Connecting Transmission Owner’s new Flats Road Substation; and o direct transfer trip (“DTT”) to the Small Generating Facility via fiber optic cable (optical ground wire or fiber in conduit) to be owned by Interconnection Customer.
CONNECTING TRANSMISSION OWNER’S INTERCONNECTION FACILITIES. Between the POI and PCO, the Interconnection Customer will construct or install the following additional Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities (“CTOIF”): • Five (5) Connecting Transmission Owner and PSC approved revenue grade meters; and • Additional SCADA RTU programming for communication with the new meters.
