CONDITIONS FOR AGREEMENT TO BECOME EFFECTIVE. This Agreement shall not become effective unless each of the following conditions are met: the Agreement is executed by (1) the Council, on behalf of itself, (2) the participating affiliated Local Unions; and (3) the Commissioner of the Department of Environmental Protection or her designee. This Agreement shall not become effective unless each of the following conditions are met: (1) the Agreement is approved by the Building and Construction Trades Department, AFL- CIO (Department), the New York State Building and Construction Trades Council (NYS Council), and signed by the Xxxxxxxx-Cortland Building & Construction Trades Council and the Local Unions having jurisdiction over the Project Work; (2) the Agreement is accepted and authorized by the NYSDOT, and (3) signed by the Prime Contractor.
CONDITIONS FOR AGREEMENT TO BECOME EFFECTIVE. The Agreement shall not become effective unless executed by the BTC and the GC and/or PMF and will remain in effect until the completion of the Project or until January 1, 2023, whichever is later.

This Agreement shall not become effective unless each of the following conditions are met: the Agreement is executed by (1) the Council, on behalf of itself, (2) the participating affiliated Local Unions; and (3) the mayor of the City of New York or their designee.
CONDITIONS FOR AGREEMENT TO BECOME EFFECTIVE. This Agreement shall not become effective unless each of the following conditions are met: (1) the Agreement is signed by the Council on behalf of itself and all of its affiliated Local Unions working on the Project; and, (2) the Agreement is signed by the CM and (3) the Agreement is approved by the Owner. A Union that is not an affiliate of the Council or who elects in writing not to be bound by this Agreement, or an affiliate that is delinquent in the payment of dues to the Council and remains delinquent after 30 days’ notice of the delinquency cannot work on the Project.
CONDITIONS FOR AGREEMENT TO BECOME EFFECTIVE. This Agreement shall not become effective unless each of the following conditions are met: this Agreement is: (1) executed by CHOICE, the participating Unions, and DDOT; and (2) is approved by the Federal Highway Administration of the U.S. Department of Transportation.
CONDITIONS FOR AGREEMENT TO BECOME EFFECTIVE. This Agreement shall not become effective unless each of the following conditions are met: (1) the Agreement is approved by the Building and Construction Trades Department; (2) the Agreement is approved and signed by the BCTC, and the Agreement is approved and signed by the participating Affiliated Unions set forth in the addendum for signatory affiliates, (3) the Agreement is executed by a Contractor either by signing this Agreement or an LOA approved by the BCTC.
CONDITIONS FOR AGREEMENT TO BECOME EFFECTIVE. The Agreement shall not become effective unless executed by the BTC, Unions and the Authority , and will remain in effect until the completion of the Project.
CONDITIONS FOR AGREEMENT TO BECOME EFFECTIVE. This Agreement shall not become effective unless each of the following conditions are met: (i) the Agreement is signed by the Council, having received authorization from its parent organization, the AFL-CIO Building Trades Department; (ii) the Agreement is signed by CA, the PLA Project Manager; (iii) the Agreement is signed by at least 90% of the involved local union representing craft employees needed for the Project; and (iv) the Agreement is approved, in writing, by the Owner. Each signatory to this Agreement represents that it possesses the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and to perform fully the obligations imposed upon it by this Agreement.
