City Code. No provision of this Agreement shall supercede or take precedent over any existing ordinances, regulations or codes of the City.
City Code. The Sacramento City Code as adopted by the City Council, as the City Code may be amended from time to time, and the provisions of the Sacramento City Charter as it may apply to the provisions of the City Code and this Agreement, as the Charter may be amended by a vote of the electorate from time to time.
City Code. “City Code” means the Code of the City of Richmond, Virginia, as amended, and all future amendments thereto, with all references to the 2015 codification thereof stated in these Infrastructure Conditions deemed to refer to the corresponding section number in the most recent codification thereof.
City Code. The Panel on Takeovers and Mergers ("Panel") has confirmed to the ----- Vendors that the Panel does not consider the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers to be applicable to the sale and purchase pursuant to this agreement.
City Code. The term “City Code” shall mean the El Paso Municipal Code as it may be amended from time to time.
City Code. 8.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall in any way limit the Parties’ obligations under the City Code, and any uncontested rulings of the Panel as to the application of the City Code in conflict with the terms of this Agreement shall take precedence over such terms.
City Code. All applicable city and fire codes apply.
