Chemical Characteristics. Seller, at Seller's expense, will ------------------------- furnish Purchaser with such mill test records of chemical characteristics as Purchaser may require, as set forth in Exhibit B. Purchaser may test each slab at its Fontana plant within the schedule as per Article 11. If Purchaser's test demonstrates that a slab does not meet the specifications for its type as specified in Exhibit B, the provisions of Article 11 shall apply.

Chemical Characteristics. 5.1.3.1. The dissolved oxygen concentration shall not at any time be depressed more than 10 percent from that which occurs naturally, as the result of the discharge of oxygen demanding waste materials.
Chemical Characteristics. CITY will not deliver to EKO any biosolids where test results exceed maximum contaminant limits established by the USEPA or the Montana Department of Water Quality. If the biosolids contain any physical, chemical, or organic chemical characteristics that render it unsuitable for use by EKO, EKO has the right to refuse acceptance of the biosolids and shall have the option, upon ninety (90) days written notice to CITY, to terminate this agreement with no penalty to EKO.
Chemical Characteristics. ADC shall neither contain nor constitute Hazardous or Designated Wastes, as determined by laboratory analysis. For inorganic constituents, the classification of “hazardous” is made per criteria listed in the California Code of Regulations, Title 22. The classification of “designated” is made in accordance with the current soluble designated limits established for the YCCL which are included below as Table 1. The County may modify these levels in the future in response to new regulations or other operating considerations. If modifications are made, the Contractor will be provided a copy of the new levels.   • Individual Characteristics Each Receivable has the following individual characteristics as of the Cut-Off Date:

  • Characteristics The Initial Contracts have the following characteristics: (i) all the Contracts are secured by Motorcycles; (ii) no Initial Contract has a remaining maturity of more than 84 months; and (iii) the final scheduled payment on the Initial Contract with the latest maturity is due not later than June 2014. Approximately 77.89% of the Principal Balance of the Initial Contracts as of the Initial Cutoff Date is attributable to loans for purchases of new Motorcycles and approximately 22.11% is attributable to loans for purchases of used Motorcycles. No Initial Contract was originated after the Initial Cutoff Date. No Initial Contract has a Contract Rate less than 3.989%. The last scheduled payment date of the Contracts (including any Subsequent Contracts) is due not later than September 2014. Approximately 98.98% of the Principal Balance of the Initial Contracts as of the Initial Cutoff Date is attributable to loans to purchase Motorcycles manufactured by Harley-Davidson or Buell and approximately 1.02% of the Principal Balance of the Initial Contracts as of the Initial Cutoff Date is attributable to loans to purchase Motorcycles not manufactured by Harley-Davidson or Buell.

  • Mortgage Loan Characteristics The characteristics of the related Mortgage Loan Package are as set forth on the description of the pool characteristics for the applicable Mortgage Loan Package delivered pursuant to Section 11 on the related Closing Date in the form attached as Exhibit B to each related Assignment and Conveyance Agreement;
