Annual working hours. 1 Contrary to the first paragraph of Article 6.1 (working hours), the full-time working hours of a medical intern are 2,392 a year and an average of 46 hours per week. 2 For every public holiday referred to in the third paragraph of Article 6.1 not falling on a Saturday or Sunday the annual working hours referred to in the first paragraph shall be reduced by 9.2 hours.

  • Shortfall of Annual Working Hours There shall be no pay back for shortfall of annual working hours in the shift systems determined in this Agreement.
