AND HEALTH The Council shall continue to make all reasonable provisions for the occupational safety and health of employees. The Parties recognise the right of each Party to establish its own levels of domestic environmental and labour protection, and to adopt or modify accordingly its relevant laws and policies, consistently with internationally recognised standards and agreements to which they are a party.
