Agricultural Export Subsidies. The Parties share the long term objective of establishing a fair and market oriented agriculture trading system under the aegis of the WTO. They agree to work towards the conclusion of the agriculture negotiations to secure elimination by a credible date of export subsidies, substantial reduction in all forms of trade distorting domestic support and substantial improvements in market access with operationally effective special and differential treatment for developing countries which is integral to all aspects of the negotiations and their outcome consistent with the WTO Doha Ministerial Declaration (WT/MIN(01)/DEC1) and the Decision adopted by the WTO General Council on 1 August 2004 (WT/L/579).

Neither Party shall introduce, maintain or reintroduce any export subsidies on any agricultural good which is listed in Annex 1 to the Agreement on Agriculture and exported to the other Party. 2. If either Party considers that the other Party has failed to carry out its obligations under this Agreement by introducing, maintaining or reintroducing an export subsidy, such Party may request consultations with the other Party according to Chapter 15 with a view to arriving at a mutually satisfactory solution, in particular, agreeing on specific measures that the importing Party may adopt to counter the effect of such subsidized imports.
Agricultural Export Subsidies. The Parties agree not to adopt or maintain agricultural export subsidies on goods in their reciprocal trade since the entry into force of this Agreement.
