Adverse Weather. Shall be only weather that satisfies all of the following conditions: (1) unusually severe precipitation, sleet, snow, hail, or extreme temperature or air conditions in excess of the norm for the location and time of year it occurred based on the closest weather station data averaged over the past five years, (2) that is unanticipated and would cause unsafe work conditions and/or is unsuitable for scheduled work that should not be performed during inclement weather (i.e., exterior finishes), and (3) at the Project.
Adverse Weather. 7.1 It is the Customer’s responsibility to inform Tardis, by no later than 9am on the day of Delivery, collection or services, if adverse weather (including temperatures below zero degrees Celsius) is affecting or likely to affect the Site on the date of Delivery.
Adverse Weather. Contract Time is determined with consideration given to the average climate weather conditions prevailing in the County in which the Project is located during any given month as published by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and averaged over the past 10 years. Contractor is allowed a time extension for adverse weather if it causes delays that unreasonably increase the labor required to complete the scheduled tasks on the day affected by adverse weather not reasonably anticipated. Contractor shall not be allowed an increase in Contract Sum for the delay. Contractor shall work additional days if necessary at no cost to District, irrespective of adverse weather, to maintain access and the Contract Schedule, and to protect the Work from the effects of Adverse Weather.
Adverse Weather. 7.1 It is the Customer’s responsibility to inform Xxxxxx, by no later than 9am on the day of Delivery, collection or services, if adverse weather (including temperatures below zero degrees Celsius) is affecting or likely to affect the Site on the date of Delivery.

Adverse Weather. A. All custodial/maintenance employees shall report to work on days when school is closed because of adverse weather unless specifically excused, provided, however, that any employee shall be allowed up to two (2) hours to report on such days without loss of pay if reasonably required. A custodial/maintenance employee who is specifically excused shall receive his regular compensation for time lost.
Adverse Weather. Contractor, in consultation with Operator, shall decide when, in the face of impending adverse weather conditions, to institute precautionary measures in order to safeguard the well, the well equipment, the Drilling Unit and Contractor's Personnel or Operator's Personnel to the fullest possible extent. Contractor and Operator shall each ensure that each respective senior representative will not act unreasonably in the exercise of their discretion under this Paragraph 5.4.
Adverse Weather. It is the Pilot’s responsibility to ensure that current and forecast weather will allow the flight to be completed safely. If weather conditions prevent a safe return to the Healdsburg, (KHES) or (KSTS) airport, it is the Pilot’s responsibility to remain with the aircraft until it is safe to return. RAM is not responsible for incidental travel expenses or other charges incurred by the Pilot. At the Pilot’s discretion, RAM will assume responsibility for returning the aircraft. If this occurs, the Pilot will be liable for aircraft and pilot time incurred by RAM in returning the aircraft to the Healdsburg, (KHES) or (KSTS) airport, in addition to the rental charges for the aircraft.
Adverse Weather. 28.01 The manager or his/her delegate concerned shall be the sole judge of what constitutes adverse weather conditions. The manager or his/her delegate shall be cognizant of the work that should not be performed in certain weather conditions.
