Administrative Agent Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent, for its own account, fees payable in the amounts and at the times separately agreed upon between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
Administrative Agent Fees. The Borrowers shall pay, to the Administrative Agent, fees in consideration of the arrangement and administration of the Commitments, which fees shall be payable in amounts and on the dates agreed to between the Borrowers and the Administrative Agent in the applicable Fee Letter.
