Administration Fee. As compensation for the performance of the Administrator’s obligations under this Agreement and as reimbursement for its expenses related thereto, the Administrator shall be entitled to receive the Administration Fee in accordance with Section 8.4 of the Indenture. The Administrator shall pay all expenses incurred by it in connection with its activities hereunder.
Administration Fee. For the services to be rendered, the facilities furnished and the expenses assumed by the Administrator pursuant to this Agreement, the Company shall pay to the Administrator compensation at an annual rate specified in Schedule A attached hereto. Such compensation shall be calculated and accrued daily, and paid to the Administrator monthly. The Company shall also reimburse the Administrator for its reasonable out-of-pocket expenses, including the travel and lodging expenses incurred by officers and employees of the Administrator in connection with attendance at Board meetings. If this Agreement becomes effective subsequent to the first day of a month or terminates before the last day of a month, the Administrator's compensation for that part of the month in which this Agreement is in effect shall be prorated in a manner consistent with the calculation of the fees as set forth above. Payment of the Administrator's compensation for the preceding month shall be made promptly.

If this Agreement becomes effective subsequent to the first day of a month or terminates before the last day of a month, the Administrator's compensation for that part of the month in which this Agreement is in effect shall be prorated in a manner consistent with the calculation of the fees as set forth above. Payment of the Administrator's compensation for the preceding month shall be made promptly.
Administration Fee. The Borrower hereby agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent an administration fee of $2,500 per each Competitive Bid Quote Request transmitted by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 2.16(b). Such administration fee shall be payable monthly in arrears on the first Business Day of each month and on the Maturity Date (or such earlier date on which the Aggregate Commitment shall terminate or be cancelled) for any period then ending for which such fee, if any, shall not have been theretofore paid.
Administration Fee. As compensation for the performance of its obligations under the Servicing Agreement and this Supplement relating to the servicing of the 20 - Exchange Note, the Servicer will be entitled to the Administration Fee, payable according to the Exchange Note Supplement.

The Trust shall also reimburse the Administrator for its reasonable out-of-pocket expenses, including the travel and lodging expenses incurred by officers and employees of the Administrator in connection with attendance at Trustee meetings. If this Agreement terminates before the last day of a month, the Administrator’s compensation for that part of the month in which this Agreement is in effect shall be prorated according to the proportion which such period bears to the full monthly period and shall be payable upon the date of termination of this Agreement. For the purpose of determining fees payable to the Administrator, the value of net assets of a particular Fund shall be computed in the manner described in the Trust’s registration statement for the computation of the Trust’s net assets in connection with the determination of the net asset value of the Trust’s shares.
Administration Fee. Contemporaneously with the execution of the Rental Agreement Occupant has paid to Owner a non-refundable Administration Fee in the amount listed in the Terms and Conditions section of the Rental Agreement above. The Administration Fee is intended to defray some of the initial set-up, preparation costs and other expenses incurred in entering into a new self-storage Rental Agreement. This Administration Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Administration Fee. For the services rendered, facilities provided, and charges assumed and paid by Administrator hereunder, the Trust shall pay to Administrator out of the assets of each Fund fees at the annual rate for such Fund as set forth in Schedule B to this Agreement. For each Fund, the administrative fee shall accrue on each calendar day, and shall be payable monthly on the first business day of the next succeeding calendar month. The daily fee accrual shall be computed by multiplying the fraction of one divided by the number of days in the calendar year by the applicable annual rate of fee, and multiplying this product by the net assets of the Fund, determined in the manner established by the Board of Trustees, as of the close of business on the last preceding business day on which the Fund's net asset value was determined.
Administration Fee. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent, for its own account, the administrative fees in the amounts and at the times as separately agreed by the Borrower and the Administrative Agent (the “Administration Fee”).
Administration Fee. Administration fees meet the cost of processing an international student application. Administration fees exists whether an application is accepted or not or whether a student remains enrolled after an application is accepted.
