Additional Representations by Women Grow. (a) Leader hereby acknowledges that it has been granted no rights to any trademark owned or used by Women Grow, except to the extent that it is granted the right to use the Licensed Marks pursuant to this Agreement. Women Grow reserves all rights to the Licensed Marks and any xxxx (whether now existing or hereinafter developed) other than the Licensed Marks, except those rights to the Licensed Marks expressly granted herein to Leader, and Women Grow may exercise such reserved rights or grant to others the right to exercise such reserve rights at any time. Without limitation of the foregoing, Women Grow reserves the right (i) to use and to grant to others the right to use any xxxx other than the Licensed Xxxx on the Licensed Product in the Territory; and (ii) to use and to grant others the right to use the Licensed Xxxx in the Territory on and in connection with all products other than the Licensed Product.
