Acceptable Waste. The Landfill shall be permitted and operated, and will continue at all times to operate, as a Sanitary Landfill and is authorized to accept Municipal Solid Waste, Construction Waste, Debris Waste, Demolition Waste, and Disaster Waste so long as the said Disaster Waste is not of any type identified herein as Unacceptable Waste, as defined in Section 3 below (hereinafter such authorized waste is referred to a "Acceptable Waste"). Green Ridge will operate the Landfill as a Sanitary Landfill and will accept only those wastes authorized by the Act and Regulations as they may from time to time be amended; by the Permit, including subsequent permit(s) and permit modifications that may be issued from time to time; and authorized by this Agreement. Green Ridge will notify the Board of Supervisors of the County (the "Board of Supervisors") and obtain its approval (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld) prior to submitting any request to VDEQ for approval of the receipt of any type of waste not contemplated by this Agreement. Prior to any such waste being accepted or disposed of at the Landfill, this Agreement must be amended in writing and duly approved by the Parties hereto.

Acceptable Waste. Only those Special Wastes described in Paragraph 3 herein and in any Special Waste Profile(s) which number is identical to the contract number referenced above, and which Profile(s) are hereby incorporated by reference herein, and which Waste is subsequently approved by the Company and is otherwise in accordance with all laws, regulations and permits, shall be acceptable for disposal at the Facility (“Acceptable Waste”).
Acceptable Waste. The Company will accept for handling, processing, and disposal at the Facility only Acceptable Solid Wastes allowed by the Permits. The Solid Waste accepted for handling, processing, and disposal at the Facility may include but is not limited to Municipal Solid Waste, non-hazardous Industrial Waste, C & D Waste, and Green Waste. The Company agrees that it will not accept for handling, processing, or disposal in the Facility any amount of Excluded Waste, industrial hazardous waste, untreated medical waste, sewage, dead animals, slaughterhouse waste, sludge, grease or grit trap waste, liquid waste from municipal sources other than such waste that the Company may accept for solidification/stabilization and disposal in the Landfill, municipal hazardous waste from conditionally exempt small quantity generators, out-of-state waste, coal ash, sewage sludge, regulated Medical Waste, or regulated Hazardous Waste (“Municipal hazardous waste”) as those terms are defined in Title 30, Chapter 33, Section 330.3 of the Texas Administrative Code in effect on the date of this Agreement. .
Acceptable Waste. A report on the status of the Residential Acceptable Waste collection program, including an account of the weight of Acceptable Waste collected each month and the disposition of the same. This report shall include a breakdown of the types of Acceptable Waste collected including bulk items and white goods.  Recyclables: A report on the status of the curbside recycling program, including an account of the weight of recyclable materials collected and deposited at any and all material processing facilities, and revenues collected from the material processing facilities.

Acceptable Waste. All Solid Waste disposed at the By-Pass Landfill will be subject to a Dodge Tipping Fee established by methods described in Section 7.5. All incoming waste will be weighed at the Landfill. Within ten (10) days of the last day of each month, Olmsted County will submit to Dodge County a statement identifying the tonnage of all waste landfilled and its origin. The statement will identify payment due to Olmsted for Dodge waste. This statement will be paid within twenty-five (25) days following its receipt. The statement will identify the waste types as being Processible, Non-Processible or Separated Non- Processible. Statements will also include waste origin, hauler identification, truck number, gross weight, tare weight, date and time. Scale tickets will be provided on a weekly basis for verification of data.
Acceptable Waste. (a) All waste contained within the Wheeled Unit shall comply with the description detailed in the DCWTN.
Acceptable Waste. Commencing January 1, 2014 (the “Commencement Date”), Customer agrees to deliver and Company agrees to accept for disposal all of Customer’s Acceptable Waste as defined herein, which is estimated to be approximately 40,000 tons per year. Customer shall not dispose of any other non-hazardous waste types without the express written consent of the Company. Customer shall submit for Company’s approval the Waste Release Permit issued to Customer by the Washoe County Health Department and any other necessary special waste applications required by law or by the Company’s permit and shall accurately manifest the amount of special waste to be disposed.
