Assigning Contract. The party shall not assign or sublet the contract to any others vendor or individual. In case of breach of these conditions, the Bank may serve a notice in writing to the party, rescinding the contract, whereupon the Performance Security Deposit shall stand forfeited to the Bank, without prejudice to contractor’s other remedies against the Bank.
