Concentration Account definition

Concentration Account has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(c).

  • If any deposits are dishonored or returned unpaid for any reason, the Agent, in its sole discretion, may charge the amount thereof against the Cash Concentration Account or any other Security Account or other Deposit Account of one or more of the Loan Parties.
