Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xxxxxx, Inc. organized under the laws of The People’s Republic of China. “Xxxxxx, Inc.” has the meaning ascribed to it in the preamble of the Agreement. “Borrower” and “Borrowers” have the respective meanings ascribed to them in the preamble of this Agreement.
