Xxxx of Lading definition

Xxxx of Lading. Means this Freight Railroad Transportation Rendering Services Agreement, including the Shipment Guide, the Service Request and any Annex of same.
Xxxx of Lading or “B/L” means the official document as defined in Art. 20 of the ICC Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits UCP 600.
Xxxx of Lading means any contract (except this Charter) for the carriage of cargo on the Vessel during the Term, which shall be substantially in the form of Attachment 3.

More Definitions of Xxxx of Lading

Xxxx of Lading means any xxxx of lading, custody transfer sheet, volume certificate and other like document.
Xxxx of Lading. The official document, issued at the loading port after completion of the loading operations, stating, among other things, the ship’s loaded quality, expressed in cubic meters (M3) and in metric tons (MT) or barrels (BBLS) per the definitions herein. Xxxx of Lading means an ocean carrier freight xxxx of lading or a non vessel operating common xxxxxxx xxxx of lading attached to the relevant ocean xxxxxxx’x xxxx of lading or an air xxxx or other document establishing export of goods out of the U.S.
Xxxx of Lading means receipt given by the vessel for the coal shipment and is a document of title.  ETA means estimated time & date of arrival.
Xxxx of Lading means with respect to a truck delivery, a certified truck scale weight, and with respect to a train delivery, a certified rail weight certificate, and with respect to a barge, a certified terminal or barge survey weight.
