Work Method Statements definition

Work Method Statements or “WMS” means written management plans for critical and complex activities, processes or plans where the absence of written instructions could have a negative impact on worker safety, quality, consistency, cost or schedule, which constitute commitments of Project Co and describe how work shall be performed, inspected or tested and shall include a checklist to confirm that work is being conducted in accordance with the appropriate standard, code, specification or plan in accordance with this Agreement.
Work Method Statements means the documents prepared by Project Co as described in Part F, Section 7 of the DBFM Services Specifications. Term Meaning Working Capital has the meaning given to it in Clause 25.3(b).
Work Method Statements or “WMS” has the meaning set out in Schedule 8 [Quality Management]; “Work Program and Schedule” has the meaning set out in Schedule 4 [Work Program and Schedule]; “Work Protection Practices” or “WPP” has the meaning set out in Schedule 10 [Safety];

  • Lead State means the State conducting this cooperative solicitation and centrally administering any resulting master price agreement.

  • Root Cause Analysis Report means a report addressing a problem or non-conformance, in order to get to the ‘root cause’ of the problem, which thereby assists in correcting or eliminating the cause, and prevent the problem from recurring.
