Work Documents definition

Work Documents means all manuals, designs, specifications, technical descriptions, drawings, plans, reports, calculations, summaries and other items to be delivered by Contractor to Company under the Agreement.

  • Upon approval of the Work Documents, Landlord will promptly commence performance of the Work and diligently prosecute the same to completion.

(Delivery of As Built and Work Documents) shall not result in imposition of the Fine for Delay in Work Delivery and not entitle Lessee to terminate this Agreement, considering that said obligations do not affect the Work Conclusion Date.

  • Tenant shall designate in writing a respresentative or representatives ("Tenant's Representative) to be a member of the Project Team and such Tenant's Representative shall have authority to make decisions on behalf of Tenant with respect to the Work Documents and other matters affecting the design and construction of the Work.


More Definitions of Work Documents

Work Documents or “Subcontract” or “Work Release” means construction generated documents, which includes computer generated or assessable documents, which formalizes the agreement relative to the specific work and which shall be the only authorization for the work under this Master Agreement.

Related to Work Documents

  • Project Documents means all documents relating to the Construction Loan, Mortgage Loan and Construction Contract. It shall also include all documents required by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Apartment Housing in connection with the development, construction and financing of the Apartment Housing, including but not limited to, the approved Plans and Specifications for the development and construction of the Apartment Housing.

  • Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.
