Withdrawing Party has the meaning set forth in Section 13.1(e).

Examples of Withdrawing Party in a sentence

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, including Section 5 below, in the event that a Withdrawing Party withdraws from the Consortium in accordance with this Section 2, the remaining Party shall have the full right to proceed with any or all aspects of the Transaction with or without any third party or parties, and on such terms, as such remaining Party may determine.
