Sick leave used for personal reasons may not be used during the first five (5) days or the last five (5) days in which the students are in attendance, or immediately before or after the scheduled holidays of Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Winter Break, Spring Break, Memorial Day, preceding or following recognized holidays provided students are in attendance, or on a Staff Development Day as designated in the District Calendar, except in case of emergency.
No more than two Maintenance Employees may be on vacation at the same time during non- student days and vacation will be granted based upon seniority and when the request is submitted (i.e,, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall grant vacation requests for Winter Break based upon the requests submitted by October 15 each year; for Spring Break based upon the requests submitted by February 15 each year; and for Summer Break based upon the requests submitted by April 15 each year).
Partial Outage Incremental TCCs may be created between POI/POW combinations that differ from those for which the ISO may determine that Incremental TCCs would be available in a non-binding estimate or in any award of Incremental TCCs. If the ISO determines that Partial Outage Incremental TCCs may be created as the result of an Expansion it shall separately calculate the number that would be created for the Summer and Winter Capability Periods.
There will be early dismissal the day before Thanksgiving, the day before Winter Recess, the day before Mid-W i n t e r Break, and the day before Spring Break.
Nominations for the office are to be entertained at the Fall or Winter and Spring Convention/Meeting of the NOMINATING DISTRICT during the year immediately prior to the office becoming vacant.
