Wider Topco Group means Topco and associated undertakings and any other bodycorporate, partnership, joint venture or person in which Topco and all such undertakings (aggregating their interests) have a Significant Interest.

Wider Topco Group means Topco and associated undertakings and any other body corporate, partnership, joint venture or person in which Topco and all such undertakings (aggregating their interests) have a Significant Interest. For the purposes of this Announcement, subsidiary, subsidiary undertaking, undertaking and associated undertaking have the respective meanings given thereto by the United Kingdom Companies Xxx 0000, as amended from time to time.   • Service Group means any one or more (as the context may require) of the service groups described in this Schedule;

  • Participating Company Group means, at any point in time, all corporations collectively which are then Participating Companies.
