WCB definition

WCB means the Worker’s Compensation Board of British Columbia; and
WCB or “WCB-Alberta” means the Workers’ Compensation Board of Alberta.

  • It is the intent of the Parties that in no circumstance shall the Nurse receive an increase of income while in receipt of WCB with the exception of increments and pay increases.

  • The term claim will not be operative while an employee is receiving such a different form of payment from WCB arising from this claim.
