Warrant Agency Agreement definition

Warrant Agency Agreement means that certain warrant agency agreement, dated on or about the Initial Exercise Date, between the Company and the Warrant Agent.

• To the extent any provision of this Warrant conflicts with the express provisions of the Warrant Agency Agreement, the provisions of this Warrant shall govern and be controlling; provided that, the express terms of the Warrant Agency Agreement shall control and supersede any provision in this Warrant concerning the rights, duties, obligations, protections, immunities and liability of the Warrant Agent.
