Warning signal definition

Warning signal means a signal capable of indicating the activation state and the resulting imminent degradation of the vehicle to the vehicle user;
Warning signal means a traffic control device that is activated by the approach or presence of a train, including a flashing light signal, an automatic gate, or a similar device that displays to motorists a warning of the approach or presence of a train.
