  • REMUNERATION OF TRUSTEE AND MANAGER The remuneration of the Trustee and the Manager referred to in this clause 6 shall be determined separately for each Warehouse Fund and Sub-Fund (a "RELEVANT FUND") and the following provisions shall apply mutatis mutandis to each of them.

  • Subject to the provisions of clause 7.2 the Trustee shall accept all Approved Applications for Loans and all Approved Mortgages arising from Approved Applications shall be taken into a Warehouse Fund.
