To be effective, each Voting Participant Notification shall, with respect to any Voting Participant, (A) state the full name of such Voting Participant, as well as all contact information required of an assignee as set forth in the Administrative Questionnaire, (B) state the Dollar amount of the participation purchased and (C) include such other information as may be required by the Administrative Agent.
The Administrative Agent, any Swing Line Lender, any Voting Participant, any L/C Issuer or the Company may each, in its discretion, agree to accept notices and other communications to it hereunder by electronic communications pursuant to procedures approved by it, provided that approval of such procedures may be limited to particular notices or communications.
