Virtual Data Room definition

Virtual Data Room means the virtual data room established by the Company, access to which was given to SPAC in connection with its due diligence investigation of the Company relating to the Transactions.
Virtual Data Room means the virtual data room containing documents and information relating to, among other things, the Target Companies, the Target Business and the Target Equity Interests made available by Parent in electronic form to Purchaser and its Representatives.
Virtual Data Room or “VDR” means an online platform where the Persons who are found eligible by the Liquidator pursuant to submission of EOI can access all the relevant and available information relating to the Corporate Debtor in terms of the E-Auction Process Information Document.
