Vertical Owners definition

Vertical Owners has the meaning assigned to such term in the Recitals to this Agreement.

Related to Vertical Owners

  • Initial Owners means, with respect to Borrower or any other entity, the persons or entities who on the date of the Note own in the aggregate 100% of the ownership interests in Borrower or that entity.

  • Legal owner means a person who holds the legal title to a vehicle.

  • substantial owners means any individuals entitled to more than 10% of the profits of or with an interest of more than 10% in an entity either directly or indirectly.

  • Owners means the party identified in Box 2.

  • Principal owner means any person who owns, controls, votes or has a beneficial

  • Load Serving Entity or “LSE” shall have the meaning specified in the Reliability Assurance Agreement.

  • Interexchange Carrier (IXC means a carrier that provides, directly or indirectly, interLATA or intraLATA Telephone Toll Services.

  • Beneficial Ownership Regulation means 31 C.F.R. § 1010.230.

  • Participating Carrier means any other carrier by water, land or air, performing any stage of the Carriage, including inland and coastal carriers, whether acting as sub-carrier, connecting carrier, substitute carrier or bailee.

  • Co-owners means (a) all the allottees of Units in the Project excepting those who (i) have either not been delivered possession of any Unit or (ii) have not got the conveyance deed in respect of any Unit to be executed and registered in their favour; and (b) for all Units which are not alienated by execution of deed of conveyance or whose possession are not parted with by the Owner/Promoter, shall mean the respective Owner and/or Promoter;

  • Local Interconnection Trunks/Trunk Groups means the trunks that are used for the termination of Local Exchange Traffic, pursuant to iconectiv Technical Reference GR 317-CORE.

  • Stations means the Owned Stations and the Contract Stations.

  • Multiple Exchange Carrier Access Billing or “MECAB” means the document prepared by the Billing Committee of the OBF, which functions under the auspices of the Carrier Liaison Committee (CLC) of the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS). The MECAB document, published by ATIS as ATIS/OBF-MECAB- Issue 6, February 1998, contains the recommended guidelines for the billing of access services provided to an IXC by two (2) or more LECs, or by one LEC in two (2) or more states within a single LATA.

  • Critical areas means any of the following areas or ecosystems: wetlands, critical aquifer recharge areas, streams, fish and wildlife habitat conservation areas, frequently flooded areas, and geologically hazardous areas as defined by the Growth Management Act (RCW 36.070A.170).

  • Interexchange Carrier or "IXC" means a Carrier that provides InterLATA or IntraLATA Toll services.

  • Substantial Owner means any person or persons who own or hold a twenty-five percent (25%) or more percentage of interest in any business entity seeking a FPDCC Privilege, including those shareholders, general or limited partners, beneficiaries and principals; except where a business entity is an individual or sole proprietorship, Substantial Owner means that individual or sole proprietor.

  • Original Owner means the original owner identified below.
