Utilization Factor definition

Utilization Factor means the factor calculated by dividing the saturated heating value of the gas by the square root of its specific gravity.

Utilization Factor means, for purposes of this Section 2.11(c), for any day, the quotient of (A) the aggregate amount of the Lenders' Revolving Credit Exposure on such day divided by (B) the aggregate amount of the Lenders' Commitments on such day. Accrued utilization fees shall be payable in arrears on the last day of March, June, September and December of each year and on the date on which the Commitments terminate, commencing on the first such date to occur after the date hereof; provided that any utilization fees accruing after the date on which the Committed Loans have matured, whether by acceleration or otherwise, shall be payable on demand.
