The Users Group may be dissolved by a two-thirds vote of its Members in good standing.
Members agree to exchange any GIS data with Xxxxxx County and with any requesting Member for the requesting party’s own use where that GIS data has been in some way derived and/or developed from the County GIS Data accessed through this Agreement or future agreements between the Users Group and Xxxxxx County.

Each Member shall have the right to terminate its membership and participation in the Users Group by formal resolution of the Member’s organization and communicated to the Board in writing.
This guide applies to all Emergency Management staff and users within agencies and municipalities in the Brevard County Mass Notification Users Group with an executed Mass Notification MOA.
